Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the UK, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders take 48 – 72 hours to process. Please note the courier may take up to 5 days to update your tracking number, however, be assured it has been shipped.
  • Shipping time: Due to extremely high demand, please allow 5-12 working days for delivery. However, you may receive your items earlier.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Free Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not, let us know first & we’ll be able to help you better.

You can return orders within 30 days for a full refund, but we’ve a small favour to ask. We can only refund products that reach us in a perfect, unused condition, with all relevant tags & in the original packaging. So take care & retain everything while deciding whether to keep your order. Please put the returns labels on the original outer wrapper the order was sent in & not directly onto the product packaging or box. If you’ve thrown the outer delivery wrapper away, a black sack taped around the item will do the job: then put the returns label on the bag. Thanks!

You’ll need to return your item/s using the shipping label we send to you to qualify for Free Returns. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whomever you leave your return parcel with. If your return doesn’t reach us and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us we won’t be able to refund you.

Although our refund policy is much more generous than your legal right to return your order, we are required to inform you that you have a legal right to return faulty or misdescribed products and receive a full refund for the products. You also have a legal right to return your whole order to us and receive a full refund of the products which you ordered if you send the order back to us within the period of 14 days beginning the day after you received your order.

Your refund will be made within 5 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. Please be aware, it can take up to 5 days for the funds to show in your account.

Moor Toys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
